The Academy of Joint Integrity, a division of the Flexitallic Group of companies, was formed to provide the process/chemical industry with access to the best training and engineering services available, in order to ensure the efficient operation of plants and equipment.

All our training courses are aligned to Industry Best Practice, and provide a blend of sealing technology and practical elements associated with flange assembly.

IChemE have approved our range of Mechanical Joint Integrity units specifically for the Chemical / Process Industries. We can deliver training on your site utilising a unique Flange Assembly Demonstration Unit (FADU) to demonstrate the importance of Gasket Stress and Controlled Tightening to prevent Loss of Containment. Results are displayed on screen real-time as flange is being tightened, providing an essential learning tool to engage with candidates.

The Academy are accredited by ECITB to deliver the 4 Stage Route to Competence in Mechanical Joint Integrity Units MJI10/11/18/19/20.

The CPD certification service have accredited a range of Academy training courses, enabling you to earn points and take ownership of your development plans.

All training can be offered in Aberdeen, Teesside (Middlesbrough), Yorkshire, Ellesmere Port, Midlands, Humberside, South West (Bridgend) and overseas locations utilising specialist mobile training rigs (FADU). Free site Integrity surveys are available providing cost effective proposals for Integrity Management solutions, with a focus on safety and compliance directives.
