The Flexitallic affiliate(s) identified above as the Data Controller of the Personal Data, may transfer all or some of the Personal Data received through the Site, to Flexitallic affiliates worldwide which are located outside the EEA. Who are we?
The Academy of Joint Integrity (AJI), part of The Flexitallic Group, is an accredited training centre involved in the training and development of Engineers involved in the assembly and tightening of flanged bolted connections.
The Flexitallic Group is a global manufacturer and supplier of engineered sealing solutions, serving the oil and gas, chemical, nuclear, power and OEM sectors.

What information we do collect about you?
We collect information about you when you when you make a course enquiry, course booking and payment with us, or attend one of our accredited courses as a delegate. The personal information we collect might include your name, address, email address, IP address and information regarding what pages are accessed and when (“Collected Data”). Website usage information is collected using cookies.
We do not collect personal data such as the date of birth, identification numbers, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or other social identity information of natural persons and such information is not Collected Data.
How will we use the information about you?
The Collected Data is used to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and in order to process your order or enquiry. If you consent, we will also use Collected Data about you to email you about other training product and services we think may be of interest to you. If you have a contract with a Flexitallic entity, and it is necessary to use your Collected Data to fulfil the requirements of that contract, we may also use the Collected Data for that purpose.
If the processing of Collected Data is necessary to meet a legal obligation of Flexitallic, we may use the Collected Data for that purpose.
If the processing of Collected Data is necessary to protect the vital interest of a person, including you, we may use the Collected Data for that purpose.
If the processing of Collected Data is necessary to guard the legitimate interests of Flexitallic or a third party, we may use the Collected Data for that purpose.
We will not share Collected Data for marketing purposes with companies outside of The Flexitallic Group.
Flexitallic does not use automated decision-making. Automated decision-making means a decision that produces legal effects concerning person or significantly affects the person and is based upon automated processing (i.e. no human intervention in the decision-making process) of Collected Data intended to evaluate certain personal aspects relating to the person.
Storage Period
Flexitallic generally deletes the Collected Data about you as soon as the reason for collecting it expires. We will not retain the Collected Data about you any longer than is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected.
If you consent to receive marketing information about training products and services, we will retain the Collected Data until you withdraw your consent. If you should make a request to us, we will erase any Collected Data on you that we may have, unless we have a legal obligation to maintain such Collected Data. In such event, we will advise of the legal obligation that requires us to keep the Collected Data that you have requested be erased.
We will not port any Collected Data to another party, unless it is automated personal data and you have made a written request that it be ported to the third party.
